About Project

Our roof garden waterproofing system is designed to provide superior protection against water penetration while supporting landscaped green spaces above occupied structures. By combining advanced waterproofing technologies with durable protective layers, the system ensures long-term structural integrity, efficient drainage, and sustainable performance.

The system incorporates a 100 mm thick BM chip layer with steel mesh reinforcement and proper slope formation, followed by Primer SN, a spray-applied polyurethane hybrid membrane, non-woven fabric combined with HDPE protection, monolithic coving and sealing using Mapegrout 430, protective coating layers, and specially prepared garden soil. Each component works together to create a seamless waterproof barrier while protecting the structure from moisture intrusion and root penetration.

Geonik Foundation Pvt. Ltd. delivers advanced roof garden waterproofing solutions that combine functionality, durability, and environmental benefits, ensuring leak-free performance and long-lasting protection for residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.
